Mark Buchan currently works as an Agile Behavioural Consultant and Management Coach where he specializes in the people aspect of change in Agile Transformations. With almost 25 years experience in the software industry, Mark has worked in the Agile space for over 10 years where he has worked in a variety of Agile roles and now follows his passion as an Agile behavioural consultant. In 2003 Mark embarked on taking his career in a new direction where he focused on the people side of change studying many forms of change interventions and psychology. This career change culminated in him receiving his Masters Degree in Executive Coaching from The Ashridge School of Business. Mark became a Agile consultant in 2006 where he was sought after for his expertise in helping people to change their behaviour to adapt to more Agile ways of working. The results he delivers for his clients bring about improved team performance, commitment, engagement and motivation which ultimately lead to a culture cSpeakershange that delivers greater business value.
